• 1,5 litres (6 cups) strong black coffee, made with 30 – 40 ml NESCAFÉ Classic coffee
• 300 g NESTLÉ ALBANY Chocolate
• 160 ml (⅔ cup) sugar
• 1 litre (4 cups) NESTLÉ IDEAL Low Fat Evaporated Milk
• 15 ml (1 Tablespoon) ground cinnamon
• 30 ml (2 Tablespoons) vanilla essence
• 20 ml (1 cup) fresh cream, stiffly whipped
• Extra cinnamon
Method:
- Put all the ingredients except the cream and extra cinnamon in saucepan and bring the mixture to the boil, stirring continuously.
- Pour into 11 cups and top with stiffly whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
